Prof. Dr. Thomas Laukamm, co-founder of Innoway Limited is a professor on International Management at the university of applied sciences "Oekonomie und Management" in Essen, Germany. He has a vast experience in electronic media dating back to the early 90's when he and his Consulting Trust carried out a worldwide study on electronic publishing for the European Commission. For many years he was involved in developing e-business strategies for international corporations such as IKEA, Lufthansa, Audi etc.

Prior to his academic and entrepreneurial activities Thomas Laukamm was Executive Vice President of the Bertelsmann Media Group and Director Strategy Consulting with Arthur D. Little, International.

Lars Laukamm, co-founder of Innoway Limited is responsible for the programming of the software. His credo is that software should be as slim as possible - but not slimmer. You should never need more than three mouse-clicks to get the result you are aiming at.
